With so much uncertainty and change in our lives, fear is a normal reaction. However, relating to uncertainty and change in unskillful ways can lead to overwhelming levels of anxiety.  In our attempts to help ourselves, we might plan for every possible situation, reach for our favorite comfort food or engage in other unhealthy behaviors, unwittingly feeding our anxiety and making things worse. The first step in changing this cycle is to become aware of how our minds work and how habits are formed.

In this course, you will:

  • Learn to use mindfulness to recognize when you’re caught up in anxiety habit loops
  • See how you’re feeding anxiety habits
  • Discover how you can step out of the anxiety habit loop and into new behaviors that support health and wellbeing.
