Alicia is the author of two cookbooks: The Dizzy Cook: Managing Migraine with More Than 90 Comforting Recipes and Lifestyle Tips and newly released with neurologist Shin Beh, MD, The Mediteraanaeann Migraine Diet: A Science-Based Roadmap to Control Symptoms and Transform Brain Health.
