Stephanie Weaver, MPH
Stephanie is a chronic illness advocate, speaking coach, and author based in Oceanside, CA. She lives with vestibular migraine, fibromyalgia, and is a thyroid cancer survivor. She wrote The Migraine Relief Plan (2017) and The Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook (2022) to help others live beautiful lives despite chronic illness.
