Walk, Run or Relax | October 28, 2023

San Francisco, California 2023

Our annual San Francisco event for migraine is a fundraising event organized by our nonprofit to raise awareness and funds for those affected by migraine and headache disease. We have a professionally timed San Francisco 5K run and an untimed walk. Funds raised go towards supporting local migraine research, education for headache fellows (doctors getting specialty training in the field of headache medicine) as well as Miles for Migraine programming here in San Francisco.

Frequently Asked Questions

The main difference between a virtual event and an in-person event in San Francisco is that a virtual event can be completed from anywhere, while an in-person race requires participants to physically be at the event location on the event date. In a virtual event, participants can complete any form of intentional movement, at their own pace and on their own schedule, while an in-person race follows a set course and schedule. Virtual Participants have their event swag and finisher medal mailed to them for an added fee.

Registration for the in-person event is completely free and open to all. You can register for the San Francisco event on this registration page. Simply select whether you'd like to participate in-person or virtually, the event you want to participate in (2 Mile Walk, 5K, or Relax), fill out the registration form, and submit your information.
