How Many Miles Has Our Community Moved for Migraine In 2021?
Join a Miles for Migraine Walk, Run or Relax event in 2021 and help us reach our goal of moving enough to get all the way around the world! When you join any of virtual Walk, Run or Relax event, you will have the chance to log your movement. You can also track all your miles for the 8 days that your virtual event is open and add those miles to our total. Not up for movement? You can still help. For every time you share a photo showing how you Relax and manage your self care, we will add 1 mile to the tracker.

What will our 2021 Walk Run Relax events look like?
As of January, we are planning to host our first 4 events as 100% virtual, like most of the 2020 events. Beginning in May, we hope to start introducing some live, in-person events again. This will be 100% dependent on local officials and their COVID-19 guidelines. Final decisions will be determined 30 days out from the event. There will be a virtual component for all 2021 Walk Run Relax events. As a participant, you will have the flexibility to switch between virtual or in-person up to 24 hours before the event.
