Parent Support Group

Starting December 3rd, Miles for Migraine will be hosting a support group for parents of youth with migraine (age ~12-22). The goal is to provide support and community for parents through this challenging time. The program will provide parents with a collaborative environment to share personal stories, learn from other parents and explore new strategies to help your kids. You are invited to join, Dr. Lisa Goldstein, child psychiatrist, who will be facilitating the groups. Lisa has raised two children with migraine and has migraine herself. This program will be held twice monthly for 3 months on Thursdays.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all six sessions if possible.
