This interactive session is designed for headache fellows and early-career attendings interested in advancing both their clinical knowledge and professional development.
Participants will gain insight into the science behind Nerivio, including its mechanism of action, clinical evidence, and role in the treatment landscape for migraine. The session will also provide a practical look at how to effectively engage with industry partners—from understanding the role of medical affairs to building collaborative, ethical, and impactful relationships that support patient care and innovation.
The program will feature Victor Wang, a graduate of Miles for Migraine’s ACT Now advocacy training program, who will share his perspective on navigating opportunities at the intersection of clinical care, advocacy, and industry collaboration.

Dr. Victor Wang
Dr Wang is a Headache specialist and board-certified neurologist at Sutter East Bay Medical Group in Berkeley, CA. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital / Jefferson Headache Center. He served as a Chief Resident at Jefferson and received his medical and undergraduate degrees (honors with distinction, BS in Human Science with a minor in Cognitive Science) from Georgetown University. He is a current member of the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and International Headache Society. He serves on the Medical Advisory Board for Miles for Migraine and actively participates in Headache on the Hill. He has presented research at numerous national and international conferences on headache disorders.

Dr. Andrew Blumenfeld
Dr Andrew Blumenfeld is Director of: The Los Angeles Headache Center with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles. He is Board-certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is also certified in Headache Medicine. Dr Blumenfeld is a member and fellow of both the American Academy of Neurology and the American Headache Society. He is the founding chair of the American Headache Society section on Interventional Procedures for Headache. He has published widely and has over 100 publications. One of his manuscripts was voted the top publication in the Headache journal. His research interests have focused on the use of Botox for migraine. He helped to develop the injection protocol used in the pivotal migraine trials. He teaches other providers on this procedure nationally and internationally. He has been an active researcher in headache with 26 issued patents for various treatments.
