Meet Up San Francisco

GET CONNECTED!

We are excited to launch Meet Up San Francisco to foster support and education for our community.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with migraine or another headache disorder, you likely experience not only disability but also isolation.

Our hope is that you will not only learn something new but also experience a mutual exchange of information amongst attendees, and often share a bit of fun.

Engaging in a like-minded community is a powerful experience that often induces lasting change, which is an important step to eliminate stigma. Take advantage of what a like-minded community has to offer to help you along your journey.

Meet Up: Social

We believe strongly that self-care is an essential part of every treatment plan. Socializing, connecting with others and feeling part of a community is a critical foundation for self-care.

Our local social events connect migraine and headache disorder patients with one another in an environment that is supportive, understanding and most of all fun!
