The Health Empowerment Webinar Series

Living with Migraine and Other Chronic Conditions: Navigating multiple chronic conditions—and managing care across a fragmented system

Why this Webinar Series Matters

Too often, healthcare is siloed—meaning patients see multiple providers who may only focus on one piece of the puzzle. This series is designed to support people looking for connection, validation, and practical tools while helping address the challenges of fragmented care.

Many people living with migraine are also navigating:

  • Chronic pain conditions
  • Sleep disorders
  • Hormonal changes
  • Mental health challenges
  • Neurologic and systemic conditions

Creating Community

Hosted by Miles for Migraine and the Miles for Women’s Health initiative, this webinar series focuses on the real-life connections between migraine and commonly coexisting conditions, while helping patients and caregivers better understand how these conditions interact and impact quality of life.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing chronic illness for years, these conversations aim to empower patients through:

  • Expert education
  • Shared lived experiences
  • Community connection
  • Advocacy and awareness
  • Whole-person approaches to care

What is Miles for Women's Health?

Miles for Women’s Health is an initiative of Miles for Migraine focused on improving education, awareness, advocacy, and connection for women living with migraine and other chronic health conditions.

The initiative recognizes that many women experience overlapping conditions and often face delayed diagnosis, dismissal of symptoms, and disconnected healthcare experiences. Through educational events, advocacy programs, and community-building opportunities, Miles for Women’s Health aims to:

  • Help patients feel seen and heard
  • Encourage collaborative, whole-person care
  • Reduce stigma surrounding chronic illness
  • Empower women through education and support
  • Build stronger connections between patients, providers, and advocates
