The ABCZzz’s of Sleep for Teens

Colorado Virtual Event via Zoom, for youth age 5+, teens and their families

Teens and young adults with chronic migraine and other headache disorders and/or their parents/caregivers are invited to a 90 minute program featuring three members form the Children's Colorado team- pediatric nurse practitioner, Angelina Koehler, clinical psychologist, Michelle Clementi, and physical therapist, Zach Varsos. During this session you will learn:

  • The importance of sleep
  • Behavioral strategies to get a better night's sleep
  • The Impact physical activity, cervical dysfunction, and posture/ergonomics have on sleep
  • About medication sleep aids and supplements
  • Experience a short guided imagery exercise

Join us to listen, learn, share personal experiences and ask questions! Meet others living with similar diagnoses, relate and become part of our migraine community.


Angelina Koehler

Angelina Koehler, PNP, MA

Angelina Koehler has been a provider in the Headache Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado since 2012. She has a degrees from the University of Colorado in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner as well as in Clinical Psychology.
